AKŞEHİR HIDIRLIK MASJİD
The masjid located on Hıdırlık Hill is also defined as Hıdırlık Tomb among the people. The masjid which was built as a foundation work, of stone and brick material in the 14th-15th centuries, has a square plan. The square-planned structure is covered with a dome sitting on a polygonal pulley and using squinch as transition element. The dome was covered with lead in the later period. On both sides of the mihrab niche of the building, there are two Byzantine period spolia plates with geometric ornamentation.
