SEYDİŞEHİR SEYİT HARUN VELİ COMPLEX
The mosque, which is the main structure of the complex, is built of rubble stone material and has a rectangular plan. It is one of the mosques with flat ceilings and wooden poles, which are very common in Konya and its surroundings, and the harim part of the building consists of three pitches perpendicular to the mihrab wall. In terms of plan and architectural features, Seyit Harun Veli Mosque is similar to Konya/Beyşehir Eşrefoğlu Mosque.
The Tomb of Seyyid Harun Veli
The first of the three tombs adjacent to the north facade of the Seyyid Harun Mosque belongs to Seyyid Harun Veli. The tomb has a square plan and an octagonal pulley. Built of stone and brick, the tomb is covered with a dome on the inside and an octagonal cone on the outside.
The Tomb of Rüstem Bey
Rüstem Bey and Sultan Hatun Tomb is located north of Seyyid Harun Mosque, adjacent to the north wall of the Khalifa Sultan Tomb. The tomb with a square plan was built of stone material. A dome was placed by dividing the intervals between the four arches joining each other at the corners into eight with triangular squinches. For this reason, the dome is perceived as a polygonal cone from the outside.
The Tomb of Halife Sultan
Khalifa Sultan Tomb is located northeast of Seyyid Harun-ı Veli Mosque. The tomb, built in the style of the Principalities period and made of rough sawn stone, has a square plan and is covered with a dome.
Bath
The bathhouse located to the north of Seyyid Harun Velî Mosque was built as a double bathhouse of rubble stone material. The warmth of one of the baths has two domes, while the other has a single dome and corner halvet cells.
