Sipas Mosque was built by Ebülfeth Alaeddin Halil Bey, son of Bedreddin Mahmud Bey, between 1306-1349 during the Karamanids period as a foundation work. Built of stone material, the structure has a rectangular plan. The rectangular harim part of the building is covered with a flat ceiling internally and a hipped roof externally. In the last congregation place on the north façade of the mosque, the remains of an original mihrab are present. On the west façade of the building, which has undergone many changes in the historical process, there is a minaret with a single balcony built of cut stone material which has a quite high pedestal.
