The masjid, which was built of rubble stone material as a foundation work in 1314 during the Karamanids period, has a rectangular plan. The small-sized masjid is covered with a flat ceiling with wooden beams carried by one wooden pole on the inside. Externally covered with a hipped roof, the structure was built together with a madrasah section that has not survived to the present day.
