The structure was built as a foundation work in 1381 during the Karamanids period. The building, which was completely under the ground until recently, is being restored today. As a result of the excavations and researches, it was understood that the structure, which was built of rubble stone material, was a bathhouse with a cruciform plan corner halvet cell and iwan.
