KARAMAN İBRAHİM BEY İMARETİ
The structure, which is the almshouse of the complex built as a foundation work by Karamanoğlu İbrahim Bey II in 1432 during the Karamanids period; It is a two-storey, four iwaned, closed courtyard work with many units such as masjid, darülhüffaz, darülkurra, kitchen and resting places. Built of cut stone, the imaret has a rectangular plan in general outlines. The building has a symmetrical plan on the axis of the main iwan used as a masjid and the entrance iwan. All the units of the building are shaped around the covered courtyard, which is located in the center of the almshouse and roofed with a dome. In the northwest corner of the building, there is a cylindrical minaret with a single balcony, also made of stone and slightly elevated. Ibrahim Bey Imaret, which is a highly functional and organized building, is simple in terms of ornamentation. Except for the minaret where stone and tile ornamentation details are seen, it is possible to see ornamental elements on the arch of the entrance door and around the mihrab of the interior masjid. In the southwest corner of the imaret, there is a tomb belonging to İbrahim Bey, which displays Seljuk influences.
